1. Do I have to copyright my lyrics before submitting to
Lyricalconstruct?
Ans: We STRONGLY recommend that you do copyright any material before
submitting to Lyricalconstruct if you are worried about the possibility of
someone stealing and using your work, however it is really up to you.
Lyricalconstruct is in no way responsible for the protection and copyrighting of
any user's works.
2. I'm worried about spam tyrants seeing my email address on here.
Will my email address be visible on here to anyone but me?
Ans: Your email address will not be visible on any part of the site. It is only
used for login purposes.
3. Will any information I submit to Lyricalconstruct, e.g. personal
details + lyrics be passed on to anyone else?
Ans: NO Lyricalconstruct will under no circumstances, unless authorised
by a policing or other prospective prosecuting authority, give out any of your
personal details or lyrics.
4. Can I submit famous lyrics to Lyricalconstruct?
Ans: NO you cannot under any circumstances submit famous authors works.
Any famous lyric submitted to the archive will be deleted immediately and if a
particular user pessists in submitting any more famous works, they will be
banned from using the site. This also applies to any other copyrighted
non-famous material. Lyricalconstruct however, will not be held responsible for
any copyrighted works submitted by users of the site that are not their own.
5. Can I submit poetry to Lyricalconstruct?
Ans: Poetry is discouraged, but will not be excluded from the archive if a user
decides to submit such an entry. Please ensure however, that the category
selection is set to 'Poetry' from the 'New Lyric' screen. Please also note that
no famous poetry is accepted and any evidence found of this will be destroyed
immediately.
